La révision de l'ordonnance se concentre sur une nouvelle réglementation pour les danseuses de cabaret, le statut des membres de la famille des diplomates et l'application du GATS. On renonce à uniformiser les catégories de séjours de courte durée pour supprimer le statut de saisonnier, comme cela avait été mis en consultation.
