Der Bundesrat hat ein Abkommen genehmigt, das – im Rahmen der Europäischen Zusammenarbeit auf dem Gebiet der wissenschaftlichen und technischen Forschung (COST) – die Teilnahme der Schweiz an vier konzertierten Aktionen im Bereich Umweltschutz zum Inhalt hat.
