La CNUCED VII aura pour mandat d'examiner les perspectives d'une revitalisation du développement, de la croissance et du commerce international dans un environnement économique particulièrement difficile pour les pays en développement (PED). La présente proposition vise d'une part à établir les instructions de la délégation suisse à la Conférence et d'autre part à arrêter la composition de cette délégation.
