Selon le rapport, l'EEE entre la Suisse, ses partenaire de l'AELE et la CE ne devraient pas modifier la structure des échanges avec les pays en voie de développement. Certains d'entre-eux, comme l'Asie du Sud-Est et certains pays latino-américains, pourraient même en tirer un avantage.
