Le Conseil fédéral a pris acte de l'adhésion à la Convention internationale sur l'élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination raciale et de la révision envisagée du Code pénal et du Code pénal militaire. Il faut désormais ouvrir la consultation auprès des cantons et des organisations intéressées.
