Vorarlberg. The Vorarlberg question

Vorarlbergs economic situation and connections to Switzerland are discussed. The Swiss attitude is not very positive for the preservation of Vorarlberg, and the Swiss public opinion would not allow a Swiss territory to be ceded in return.
