Recueil des exposés et des interventions faites à la conférence. Les exposés expriment le point de vue des Etats d'accréditation vis-à-vis de la "détente". Les préoccupations principales tournent autour du sort de l'Allemagne et des pays satellites à la frontière avec l'Ouest. Il subsiste néanmoins la crainte que cette situation de paix relative puisse s'effondrer rapidement suite à de nouvelles tensions.
