Trotz unzähliger Waffenstillstandsversprechen ist ein Ende des Konflikts in Kroatien nicht absehbar. Auch die Nationalitätenkonflikte in Bosnien-Herzegowina, Kosovo, Mazedonien, in der Vojvodina und im Sandschak bleiben bestehen. Kategorienbildung für allfällige Wanderungsbewegungen aus den verschiedenen Teilrepubliken in die Schweiz.
