Project proposal (PP)
EDA, EFD und EVD bewilligen den Antrag für eine dritte, nicht rückzahlbare Zahlungsbilanzhilfe von 5 Millionen zugunsten von Mosambik. Die Hilfe soll zur Finanzierung dringend benötigter prioritärer Medikamente verwendet werden. Sie entspricht den Richtlinien, wie sie in der Botschaft des Bundesrats vom 21.2.1990 über die Weiterführung der Finanzierung von wirtschafts- und handelspolitischen Massnahmen im Rahmen der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit beschrieben sind.
