Das Haupttraktandum der Sitzung der EKF betraf die Vernehmlassung der Kommission zur Totalrevision des Asylgesetzes. In verschiedenen Arbeitsgruppen wurde über den Bereich Fürsorge, Gewaltflüchtlinge und Migration gesprochen sowie versucht eine Gesamtmeinung für die Kommission auszuarbeiten.

Darin: Aufstellung über die in der Arbeitsgruppe «Einzelfragen» zur Debatte stehenden Problemkreise vom 20.1.1995 (Beilage).
