Genf wird immer mehr zum operationellen Zentrum im Umweltbereich. Zahlreiche neue Organisationen haben sich in den letzten Jahren in Genf niedergelassen. In Zusammenarbeit  mit den Genfer Behörden soll der Palais Wilson zum «Umwelthaus» ausgebaut werden.
