Die überwiegende Mehrheit der Vernehmlassungsteilnehmer stimmt dem Beitritt der Schweiz zum Abkommen zur Beseitigung jeder Form von Rassendiskriminierung grundsätzlich zu. Zum Revisionsentwurf betr. Art. 261 bis StGB und Art. 171c MStG sind allerdings recht zahlreiche Änderungsvorschläge eingegangen.
