Proposition de projet (PP)
Für das Nothilfeprogramm des IKRK in Rwanda und umliegenden Ländern wird ein Barbeitrag von 6 Mio. CHF genehmigt. Die Mittel dafür werden dem vom Bundesrat am 17.8.1994 bewilligten Nachtragskredit entnommen.
