During the Prague Meeting, the Ministers of the CSCE member states took decisions in the following areas: human dimension; safeguarding human rights, democracy and the rule of law; economic cooperation; crisis management and conflict prevention instruments; the conflict prevention centre; the parliamentary assembly and non governmental organizations; the relationship with international organizations and non-participating states as well as financial arrangements.
