Déclaration (Décl)
The Budapest Ministerial Council Meeting focussed on the historic challenge presented to the OSCE by the Dayton Agreement. The Ministers decided to supervise the preparation, conduct and monitoring of elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Furthermore, the intensive, ongoing work on a common and comprenhensive security model for Europe for the twenty-first century was discussed and welcomed.
