Proposition de projet (PP)
The establishment of a concentration program in Vietnam is the single most important element of the SDC program in the Mekong Region. Based on the definition of the programmatic priorities, the decision has been taken to phase out the coordination office in Bangkok and to open a new one in Hanoi.
