Nach der Rückkehr von Jean-Bertrand Aristide als Präsident Haitis hat der UNO-Sicherheitsrat am 29.9.1994 beschlossen, die Sankttionen gegenüber Haiti aufzuheben. Der Bundesrat folgt diesem Entscheid und hebt seine Verordnung ebenfalls auf.
