Die Schweiz unterstützt mit einer Zahlungsbilanzhilfe von höchstens 12 Mio. Franken und einem nichtrückzahlbaren Beitrag an die Entschuldungsaktion von max. 10 Mio. Franken das Wirtschafts- und Stabilisierungsprogramm von IWF und Weltbank/IDA für das arme, hochverschuldete Entwicklungsland Nicaragua.
