The three Ombudsmen of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are duly installed and sworn in in presence of the Chairman in Office, representatives of the Troika and the Secretary General of OSCE. Political talks were intense and open, and the serene ceremony gave the Ombudsmen the necessary backup.
