Swiss Position concerning Parallel Convention to Dublin Convention

The draft text for a Parallel Convention to the Dublin Convention does not give rise to any disagreement by Switzerland and can be signed in its present form. However, Switzerland proposes the insertion of a denunciation clause. Furthermore, it should be stressed that, besides the Parallel Convention itself, the implementation of the Convention is a very important question to Switzerland.
