Overview of the DEHZO sector policy on health. The objective of the DEHZO health development is to promote a holistic understanding of health in the South and the North, to empower households and communities to take action for health, to reach a satisfactory balance between popular, folk and professional medicine and between curative and preventive approaches in the health care system and to improve the quality of health care.
