Tribunal for war crimes in ex-Yougoslavia: expert meeting in Geneva

At the invitation of the FDFA's Legal Advisor Caflisch, twelve international legal experts met in Geneva to analyse the feasibility of establishing an international tribunal competent to adjudicate war crimes in former Yugoslavia. Everyone agreed that nothing short of the highest standard of fairnes should be applied.
