Proposal of the N+N states to the Executive Secretary of the CSCE Meeting of Experts on National Minorities with the recommendation to complete the existing mechanism of the human dimension by the possibility to send observers to any other participating State, in order to examine situations and specific cases relating to their commitments undertaken in the CSCE.
