Aufgrund des aussergewöhnlichen Charakters der Arbeitsgruppe "Historische Standortsbestimmung" soll die Verordnung, welche eine Altersgrenze von 70 Jahren für Mitglieder einer ausserparlamentarischen Kommission vorsieht, in Einzelfällen nicht angewendet werden.
