The first branch office of the OSCE mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina was opened in Zenica. The 3 Ombudsmen will meet with federal and local authorities in Međugorje and have agreed to designate two joint deputies for Zenica and Herzegovina. So far, the activities of the Ombudsmen have been restricted to Sarajevo and its suburbs. They have heard close to 1000 claimants and registered 118 cases involving 325 persons.
