Sowohl das Finanz- als auch das Militärdepartement unterstützen eine Beteiligung des schweizerischen Turnlehrervereins am olympischen Kongress in Havre. Der internationale Charakter des Kongresses sowie das schweizerische Interesse am Sport in allen Formen fallen dabei ins Gewicht.
