ČSFR Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dienstbier proposes that at his Prague Meeting the Concil of Ministers should strongly enhance CSCE institutions, in particular the Committee of Senior Official's role. On the other hand it is important that a reasonable mutual balance shoud be kept among all existing institutions.
