« Another German concern cloaked by the Swiss Bank Corporation was the Franck company and its Swiss subsidairies the INGA-Internationale Nahrungs und Genusmittel AG and the Interfranck. Ernest Homberger of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Bank Corporation is President of INGA Franck manufacturers coffee substitutes and processed foods but its Swiss holding companies are engaged in making investments in the food and related industries in many countries. In this these companies function principally as domiciles for Germann firms. An intelligence report states : « ... in the occupied territories the firm of Franck has been active in criminal manner, because it topped the list with regards to Aryanisation and Germanisation of the essential and the non-essential foodstuffs industries .
Franck in Switzerland is under the managementof Dr. Fritz Bon who is considered the real center of the economic and financial fifth column ».
