Capital de fr. 50¿000¿000, dont la répartition est la suivante: 79,2 % Motor-Colombus AG, Zurich, 8.4 % Elektra Birsek, Münchenstein et Elektra Baselland, Liestal, 1.5% FMB, 12.1 % autres.
