Mais la signature manuscrite de René Hentsch (cf. Notamment sa lettre au Conseiller fédéral Wetter du 18.5.1942, E 6100 (A) 33, vol. 3.) peut très facilement être confondue avec un P. La liste des signataires des "200" n'est manuscrite que pour les premiers signataires. Les autre signatures ne sont que des copies polycopiées. Les engagements politiques de René Hentsch rendent très vraisemblable le fait qu'il ait signé ce document.
